I hope this email finds everyone doing well and rested after a week off. We will be resuming skills and conditioning on Monday, July 8^th, followed by an important weekend of events. So, please be sure to read this entire email as it contains important information for the upcoming week.

• Registration must be paid by Saturday, July 13^th. Completing registration secures your child’s spot on our roster. If you are no longer able to participate with The Youth Swamp Fox program, please be sure to contact one of our directors, Gary Birdsong or James Pennell, as soon as possible.
• If you ordered equipment, your final payment is due Sunday, July 14^th. We can accept cash, credit/debit card or checks made payable to Summerville Elite.

Equipment is beginning to arrive; pants have been received, shoulder pads are expected to arrive later this week and helmets still have another 3 weeks for their expected arrival as they are a custom build. We will pass out equipment once all pants and shoulder pads have arrived. In order to receive your equipment, your invoice must be paid. If you are experiencing financial difficultly please be sure to contact one of our directors, Gary Birdsong or James Pennell, as soon as possible.

Beginning Monday, July 8^th, we begin introducing equipment. We would like every selected participant to have the ability to practice with equipment on. If anyone has an extra helmet or set of shoulder pads, that you would be willing to share with another player, please bring it to practice on Monday. Players will need to borrow helmets/shoulder pads until our new ones arrive.

Practice the week of July 8^th, is mandatory for all preselected participants. If you are unable to attend, please contact your head coach to make arrangements, as soon as possible.  

• Monday and Tuesday, players will be practicing with helmets only.
• Wednesday and Thursday, players will be practicing with helmets and shoulder pads.

• If you do not have equipment, please continue to come to practice. If you are looking for equipment, be sure to check out Facebook Marketplace, Letgo or Play It Again Sports located in West Ashley.
• If you have any equipment you would like to sell, donate or loan, please be sure to bring it to practice with you on Monday.

Please be sure to attend this event. This is an exciting event for all selected players and an important event for parents, as we will be discussing our upcoming season and program expectations. Please do not enter the multipurpose room until your set time. We would like to get through each session with minimal distractions.
