James is a lowcountry transplant who relocated from Washington in 2015 as an engineer with The Boeing Company, where he has worked for the past 11 years. Aside from a growing career, James is a family man and a devoted husband with a passion for youth football. James and his wife, Natasha have 3 children who all participate in various youth activities. James grew up playing football, starting at the age of 9. He played all through high school, returning to his hometown to coach middle school football for a year before his career took off. James took a few years off from coaching while he was enjoying being a first-time dad, but returned when his oldest son was 4 years old. James has coached 6 seasons of youth flag football, as a head coach. After his first 3 seasons of flag football, James moved into tackle as well. He has coached 2 seasons of recreational tackle football, as a head coach,1 season of competitive tackle football, as an assistant coach and 1 season of competitive tackle football as a head coach.
